Buttercream Dreams is an upscale bakery that has been serving Mobile since 1974. The foundation of Buttercream Dreams actually began with the famous Buttercr
eam icing recipe that was developed upon origination. Originally located on Cody Road, the bakery is now located in the heart of Mobile at 3084 Dauphin Square Connector, where it has been for the past 13 years. Buttercream Dreams is owned and operated by Pamela Newberry. She has been decorating cakes with artistic flair since 1979. Pam is a member of Mobile’s Chamber of Commerce. She regularly participates in community events and contributes products to multiple worthwhile charities.
Buttercream Dreams specializes in made-to-order cakes for any occasion, including wedding cakes for your special day. With a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and flavors, we pride ourselves on customizing each cake for your special occasion. There are 100’s of photos of cake decorations for you to choose from or
any one from our knowledgeable staff can assist you with putting your ideas together. We offer photo scans on cakes and even can coordinate designs to party invitations. With our extensive cake flavors and fillings, we are able to offer a spectacular cake that reflects your personality and style. Our mission is provide you with a one-of-a-kind cake made using the finest ingredients and personalized quality.

Appointments are required, so we can sit down with you, discuss your requirements, answer questions and create the cake you’ve always dreamed of. We also work very closely with wedding coordinators and offer

We prefer 48 hours or more notice in order to customize each cake and secure your date on our production calendar. As a special order boutique bakery we are limited to the amount of cakes we can produce each week while maintaining our high level of quality and unique style. However, we are always more than happy to accommodate your cake needs on shorter notice, if possible.
