MOUNT EVEREST / HIMALAYAS MOUNTAINS

We tried for three days to catch a mountain flight around the Himalayas and Mount Everest, but each time the flight was canceled, due to bad weather.  Finally the third day, the small plane was able to make it through the clouds for us to see Mount Everest and the other Himalayas mountains.  This is probably the closest I will come to getting to the top.  Remember, I am just a poor boy trying to make it.  It cost $65,000 to do the climb up.  Maybe the Chamber or some of its other "friends" will contribute and hope for the best.

Kellie had to go back to India to catch a flight to Australia. I wanted to go to Sikkim, but Nepal had no trains or bus services.  Thus the flight to Bangkok, Thailand, to get my visa.  This was another change in plans. We had a great time and memories.
