Cards Available

To receive membership cards, e-mail the state office -- info@MissPTA.org -- a list of all local unit officers` names, home & e-mail addresses, a best phone number, and an alternative phone number. Note if the phone numbers are cell, work or home.

If the incoming PTA president does not use e-mail,

the unit MUST provide an e-mail address

for a board member or principal who will be responsible for getting the information to the PTA president and to the full board.

Late 2009-2010

Membership Dues:

Unit failing to submit dues annually risk losing their nonprofit status with the IRS. If your unit did not submit 2009-2010 dues, please do so immediately.

File with the IRS

File for the period July 1, 2009 - June 30, 2010.

If your unit fails to file, the IRS may revoke the unit`s nonprofit status.

Each unit must determine for itself what 990-series form to file.
